And after you changed your PIN, it seems like BoostBank will not allow you to login to the app. You can only use Biometric fingerprint sensor thereafter...

Not sure if you guys have the same issue...

i am starting to use boost bank as my regular digital bank
so far no issue
transaction in out no issue
i point my MyKad ID to boost bank so make transaction so much easier

for my case, the transferred amount was finally reversed and returned back to UOB instead of reflected in Boost bank.
which is good for me, I don't feel safe to have the amount with Boost Bank.

I am not sure Boost Bank know what they are doing, never able to reach CS or have any email respond from them..

and you try to redownload and relogin.

THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO DO SO.
YOU NEED TO CALL THE CS TO UNBIND THE DEVICE (WHICH IS THE SAME DEVICE) AND SUBJECT TO ANOTHER 12 HOURS COOLDOWN.

Trying to get hold on the CS also very difficult. I recently changed phone and didn’t know that I need to unbind my old device. I don’t recall seeing that feature on the app before. I tried to call them during the weekend but no one is picking up. Lastly gave up on it.. luckily no money inside. Imagine having a sizable amount of cash inside and you lost/change your phone recently. Habis.

If they’re really worried about security then should do like what other banks are doing, or at least allow us to initiate the request to change device then wait for the CS to call you to verify your details like OCBC.

ericlaiys don't understand what u mean. you can take a screenshot (remember to censor any PII data)

If the limit is hit, the jar should be deactivated and you can't add money into it anymore.

my birthday jar 20/25k. trying to deposit in 3k now but keep getting error pop out.. "unable to add. try again!"

yup confirmed is full. if check on boost app. when try to deposit, then a more details error pops out saying the jar is oversubscribed already.

Funny how the built-in function in boost app is more detailed than the boost bank app itself. Like telling how much quota each jar have left which boost bank app unable to do..

Dont know boost outsource development to which 3rd world programmer. Simple UI/UX also fail..
