Boost Bank contact centre is 24 hours? I tried calling them this morning to unbind my device but no one is picking up 🤔

Trying to get hold on the CS also very difficult. I recently changed phone and didn’t know that I need to unbind my old device. I don’t recall seeing that feature on the app before. I tried to call them during the weekend but no one is picking up. Lastly gave up on it.. luckily no money inside. Imagine having a sizable amount of cash inside and you lost/change your phone recently. Habis.

If they’re really worried about security then should do like what other banks are doing, or at least allow us to initiate the request to change device then wait for the CS to call you to verify your details like OCBC.
