Anyone used Boost My Money? The one by UOB. It’s 3.8% p.a.

Anyone able to login? I login and see the apps show nothing, no single $ shown. Try to reinstall and have to call cs for rebind, end up get told that system glitch, they are having issue at the backend.🙄

Boost bank and boost my money 2 different thing?

Boost bank = digital bank
Boost = ewallet

Today last day to get prize for Gold and Raya bonus. only applicable to Raya Jar and Celcom/Digi Jar.

how long it took to solve your problem?

My friend kena today.. Transferred from his own bank to boost bank but money didnt receive..
Called sender bank to confirm that the transaction went through on their side without issue.. So it is recipient boost bank problem..

and the boost bank customer support hotline is extremely rubbish and slow and unhelpful.. Waited 30 minutes to speak to a human then the human ask to send details through email wtf..

ya, I am confused too.

I have the same bad experience with boost bank where money deducted successfully from own bank account (as confirm with the bank) but money not received in Boostbank account until 5 days later. Multiple email complaint but response is slow and not helpful at all. Then they promised to compensate the loss of interest as goodwill but in actual never deposit to my account. Totally loss confidence in this Boostbank and never deal with them anymore.

my boost memang very old accounts
may be bugs, luckily i quickly put money in
