They say the latest updates should fixed that bug. But for my case it did not. Then I emailed them again.

I'm not going to use their app anymore.
Keep asking for same info, same screenshot n etc. One time, the CS called me. Saying tmolo (12am) they gng deploy new updates that it shall resolves my issue.
I patiently waited for one full day. The only updates they have is Boost wallet app instead
So again i replied the email. They said is miscommunication issue. The updates is batch by batch. I shall waits.
So yeah..
