once i heard old ppl say...

whole food and enough rest and sleep are the best to maintain health...


no amount of supplements can replace them

Myself only Kordel's Vit C, 1 tea spoon "Pau Sheng" powder form and regular sleep hour & timing

Twice a week, bentong ginger powder with hot water before bed

VitC not added or absorbed into the body too. We use the reaction of vitamin C in the body (invivo). 24hours peed out.

Just be careful with zinc pico. Transitional metal can increase oxidative stress especially zinc pico lah. I have grayish hair transiently due to zinc pico during covid. Stop and hair color recovers

Bukan kira macam ini. Ur body will recommend for vitamin c is "75 milligrams (mg) a day for women and 90 mg a day for men" upper limit is 2000mg.

Supplement is a easier way to get all nutrition without makan all difference food. Like Zinc, calcium etc. it just make it simpler
Your body is limit on certain dose. Overdose is useless. Supplement is just for u to makan ngam ngam the dose without makan all different food.

Like Protein overdose will convert to uric acid, Carbo overdose will convert to fat and so on
