Not true. When old need more supplements and normal food intake cnt provide becos most older ppl eat less not nasi banjir everyday. How much fruits and greens can a person take each day including nuts and grains for minerals?

i was suffering from plantar facitis for nearly 3 years, really pain in the morning that few times after hard games i couldn't even walk.
i kena this long term injury after MCO where i went running over the limit everyday do hard run and was doing a lot of sprintings.

middle of this year after my mount KK climb, it was really bad. until i discovered about taking tumeric + milk (add black pepper for better absorbtion) every night.

now i do not have that jabbing pain anymore in the morning, can feel that i'm 88% recovered.


so if you have join pains, due to inflamation you can try this.

my mum taking type 2 collagen for the joint , calcium mag + vit D, oat fibre, fish oil, folic acid (to prevent side effect of the med she taking for arthritis), sometimes vit C and B

I take turmeric capsules plus high potency cordyceps capsules (joint inflammation). Adding to this is the usual fish oil and vitamin B complex alternating with Neurobion (multi-B). If I eat a lot of curry in the week, then I take less tumeric capsules. I'm not into boiling turmeric, ginger and pepper soups as it's time consuming, which is good as it also increases body temperature which keeps cancer cells away.

For bad knees as long still have liquid in between the knee caps, I do a lot of stretching exercises which keeps my knees limber and do a lot of walking up the stairs whether at work or home.

* Plus running on tarmac after 50 is bad for joints. Try brisk walking uphill and less downhill. Unker stopped marathons at 55, so run in gym for cardio now.
