Check your network adapter's link speed and makes sure it is 1000/1000Mbps or 1Gbps...

Looks like cable problem. Check that first.

Make sure you're testing on devices that capable of 1000Mbps, especially your network card, also your cable too.

My unifi contract was supposed to end this June 2025.My speed was pro upgraded to 500mbps in Nov.Now i notice that my service start date shows nov 2024.Does this mean unifi has created another new contract?Can i terminate in June 2025?

Definitely can appeal. Whether you can get or not is another story.

The service start date is just when your upgrade was installed. If your upgrade is the FSU from 2023 then there's no contract extension. Mine out of contract since 2021. FSU2023 800-1000 was installed July 2024 and service start date was updated to that date, contract not affected. Double check the terms of your free upgrade.

you need 1gbps network card and get CAT6 Cable RJ45

The 800Mbps unifi should look ± like this 800/200. The result was my screenshot after upgraded from 30Mbps to 800Mbps on 3/9/2022.



Not sure what happened to you because you just come out with result without mention it suddenly happen or what.But seem like you use computer with FE lan card or old cable.

Guy, i asked before, my relative apply swu 3.0 was given D link X1860Z, but ethernet show half duplex, mean is stuck on 100mbps, i check he cable is Cat 6
He called unifi not solve just say reset port, use other pc

I set on GBe controller on device manager to 1.0 Gbps full duplex still same

Edit show full duplex but 100mbps

Given Zyxel EX3220-T0 router for speed upgrade but have problem where WAN eth Gbe speed changed to FE. Basically i noticed when speedtest result was D100/U100 & at web gui panel dashboard will show100Mbps. Need to reset ONU & the router to make it normal. Maybe firmware bug.

i just check my unifi app , there are a mesh router added on sep 2023, this is come with the contract swu 2.0 or 3.0 . If it is 2 year contract, then it will be end on sep 2025, may I know what will happen? Is it the price will get higher or it will remain? And do you guys know what is the latest promotion swu 4.0?
