That said, the plan's name hasn't been changed.
How long has it been since you received the upgrade?

Since February.
That's weird. My package was renamed from UniFi 800Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018) to Unifi Home 1Gbps - Pro Upgrade immediately after the free upgrade was done.

So far still ok

IP range is 118.100.xxx.xxx
I'm on 175.144 and it's back to crawling speed
118 huh? Let me try and see if I can get that IP range to see if there's any improvement

Thanks thumbsup.gif

Just got SMS from Unifi this week Friday got appointment for 1Gbps upgrade (Klang Area) Is their current ONR router is good? If not I would postpone my appointment for better equipment. Also I had own TP LINK AX5400 router
Any users do share 😊
Yes, the new ONR works perfectly fine for 1Gb/s users. However, if your current ONR's LAN ports already support 1Gb/s, switching to the new ONR won't change your speed. You'll still see speeds limited to around 920-950Mb/s.

Personally, I've gone back to using the old one and kept the new one as a spare in case the old ONR breaks down.

Just a reminder, when the contractor calls to confirm the appointment time, don't forget to inquire if they know how to set up bridge mode on the new ONR.
If they're unsure, feel free to contact me, and I'll provide you with the contact information of the contractor who has visited my location before. Your contractor can then reach out to them for assistance with this issue.

Hi, would like to know which speed package not affected by Carrier Grade NAT. (dynamic public IP)
I believe anything below 500Mb/s you will get CGNAT
Or is it 800Mb/s?

Definitely not 300Mb/s as I've seen 300Mb/s users complaining they get CGNAT

XeactorZ you were right. 118 fixed it
Everything loads very instantly now

Edit: spoke too soon. Even with 118.100 IP range, some sites is still crawling at night

wondering how many time you had reboot your router to get ip address start with 118 laugh.gif
Had to restart my router about 5 times to get the 118 IP range, but this is nothing.
During MCO, there was a time when the 175 IP range was the best; I had to restart my router about 50 times to regain that IP after a blackout. laugh.gif

It is May now. My 800mbps package still not upgraded as upload speed still capped at 200mbps only. How many of you still stuck with that old 800mbps package?
Check out my earlier posts. I managed to get UniFi to upgrade my 800Mb/s to 1Gb/s in less than 2 weeks.

I believe lots of people would want to know what the product looks like

Just remember to hide the MAC address & the serial number before you share the photo

Exactly. No IP range is good nowadays

I cross-checked with my current model(white), and the only difference I found is the arrangement of the light bulb; LAN 1 words has been changed to support 2.5GE. The model number remains exactly the same, additional USB port, VOIP port cuts from 2 to 1.
Good catch. I wouldn't have spotted those. laugh.gif

Mikrotik 10Gbps SFP module is hot as hell.
I haven't seen any Fiber SFP that doesn't run hot

Tested tons. Extreme Network, Huawei, HP, Dell & others. None of them runs cool to me
Or maybe I just haven't found one laugh.gif
QUOTE(kerolzarmyfanboy @ May 10 2024, 10:28 PM)
did TM do anything to their international routing or etc in recent months?
What do you mean recent months? laugh.gif
It's been shitty since post MCO to me
Pre-MCO everything loads instantly

Can you share the link where you got this?
There are likely some undisclosed terms and conditions associated with those prices. For instance, it's possible that you're required to subscribe to their postpaid mobile phone plan.

100Mb/s for RM64 seems implausible. Even the Rahmah package, priced at RM69, offers only 30Mb/s.

Is Unifi customer service just understaffed, or are they actually incompetent? Account still shown suspended, but I overpaid for one month. Last month, their staff claimed that from their side, my account was active. Recently want to change pack, sales dept. said my account suspended.... So they were lying? Long wait time, even hung up on me when I was holding. No good assistance at all.

Anyone had similar experience?

Replying to ancient old post but I was also looking for it

Based solely on the image of tv with the blue flower used in the promo pic, it could be this

Whoa. Thanks bro
Been looking for an answer for this and even the TM chat couldn't answer this question

Last time I got a Sharp 60" Android TV for RM99 monthly for 2 years which equates to RM2376
The contract is ending in June this year, let's see if I can get this 65" for the same price or not laugh.gif
