actually few way to let you prevent the crack of d-pad lar...

Skin it or buy crystal sticker to stick on the small small button over the d-pad, so far i use ok lar, it let me feel better when pressing it.

about the slider, really     

when pick up a call don't act yao yeng lar, just press left button to answer key lor! 

I think what kels83 meant was we can preserve the sliding mechanism by not sliding up to answer calls.. Right?

It's like that lah bro.. No one else can take care of our things except us..

Alright getting my green K850i in 15 mins.

Hmm.. Still under warranty la? If still under warranty, I think they should change for you gua..

Haiya don be so allergic la later u get mad meh hehe. Is just onli a phone. When i get mad i also tak tak tak wan la. Used for 1 year d still work perfectly. Actually i discovered flex ribbon wont easily snap and i think ribbon always damage due to huminity. The contact of the ribbon tend to be like NIKE shoe when touch on water it (buka mulut buaya) get what i mean? So avoid from being inside high huminity area and if you wear tight pants better hold it on your hand rather than putting in your pocket cause condensation will occur during that momment. This is just my opinion hehe.

Every technician tend to do such thing and its normal cause they are fixing not onli your phone but hundreds so they sometimes get stress up so they act such a way.

Try use brush to clean the port such as camera lens brush. Mine got fix such a way. The port hardly get damage unless u expose it to water. High possiblity is our headset connector problem. Have you try with other headset?
OH YEAH.... I FORGET TO MENTION.... IF YOUR PHONE IS AP SET DON EVER SEND TO THEM AND FIX CAUSE MAJORITY THEY DO DIRTY TRICKS ON YOUR PHONE BY SWAPING DAMAGE THNG ONTO YOUR PHONE. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE

Haha if the thing really boost up the sound and not cracky, I'll seriously consider it..

For those who want the orange dancing light to be on even if the phone has gone to standby follow this instruction:

1. Go to your phone Settings = General = Security = Automatic keylock = On
2. Launch your MP3 player
3. wait a few seconds and you will see a Key sign and the screen will go dim and the orange light will stop.
4. A few more second and the screen will go even dimmer. NOW press and hold the orange button for a few seconds. Dont wait till the screen totally blank out!
5. If you did the above right, the screen will blank out and the orange light will start dancing till you manually stop it.

Important: The reason some of you cant do it is because you dont have the Automatic keylog on!!!

Ohhh.. Erm, I don't think so.. If you want flash in photos, it's on all the time..

Normal price for AP set now is RM 9xx.
RM 1035 is decent price for 4Gb with the phone.

I saw most of the shop having promotion by providing 4GB along with it. I think mid of last year they have this promotion also.
