I experienced this issue recently. Seems like got bug on their end. Now no need to use OTP after initial login.

Is it because of the edisi biru or kuning stuff that now if i use edisi biru package, it prompts otp unless i go change sim card

Or because i have multiple phone numbers added into the apps, but i have been doing so for years actually and don't hv this issue

Is there a new Celcomdigi Prepaid app? Using MyDigi app here, no problem. Occasionally will prompt to re-login again. Maybe once every few weeks.

Based on what I know, CelcomDigi has a promotion where those sign up eligible postpaid plan in Johor Celcomdigi store/dealers are eligible to get 12 months free roaming in Singapore.

Free roaming in Singapore is for those sign up after earlier September. Mine promotion is sign around June this year.
Just wonder anyone here have same promotion & already try roaming.

for postpaid, can just upgrade the plan by ownself without going to the store or call up the customer service?

With my experience, you need to personally go to the store in person , use your mykad to verify yourself then only you can upgrade your plan

I read the tnc seems like plan with price of rm60 and above will be qualified.

Today I received a call from CelcomDigi about switching my existing Digi Postpaid 60 to CD Postpaid 5G 80. CD doesn't want to maintain legacy postpaid plan anymore

Hey guys, can I change my celcom plan to celcomdigi plan through their website by selecting "Existing Celcom subscriber" and also "Change Plan" without going to any store? Currently on Celcom Mega 80 without any contract tied.

Anyone experiencing data missing issue with Celcom postpaid40? I had like 40gb quota, then 2 days later quota suddenly become 0gb

Usage is normal, while using another data plan from another telco, 4 days worth of usage only took 1,5gb.

Really weird and customer service is as usual being unhelpful. Plus for the past 12 months or so, never really finished my data pool coz connected to wifi 90% of the time.
