A bit of warning.

GX Bank sent me an email saying that it has locked my account because of multiple transactions.

I transferred funds several times, less than 5k each time, from RIZE to GX Bank.

The LiveChat agent wasn't helpful and asked me to wait for a call from them. There is a contact number in the email but when I dialed the call didn't connect.

It would seem that their system doesn't like multiple transactions

Sounds fickle like an ewallet, much less of a bank..

Speaking of which.. I think something is up with my account as well.. I'm not able to transfer in. Tried transferring in from different sources, all same name, but fails.

Update, after a chat with CS, magically it works again.

Received automated email from OCBC, showing "Reason:TRX NOT ALLOW"

no issue from my side..multiple transaction per day for several days. i'm been transferring large amount multiple times in a day from Dec 1 - Dec 10. also from rize as i'm migrating all out on rize

Still no luck in trying to reach the operations team at GX Bank, despite the email asking for a call back.

I contacted them via LiveChat and the General Customer team - who advised that "they cannot say anything or give any information beyond the General Customer Services. You just need to wait for them to call you."

It would appear that there are different teams of customer service. The 24/7 customer service cannot really deal with real issues.

If anyone is doubtful, try call the Operation Team number, a computer will answer the call then it will be total silence..... no one would pick up.

The computer says they are open until 10pm 7 days a week nevertheless.

I would like to complain to BNM via eLink. And GX Bank was not even on the list of banks you could choose.

No issue for me in terms of transactions. I top up few times per week also no issue from cimb.

But transfer out sometimes need do the selfie verification thing even though I already raised my transaction limit

GX Bank called me again. We spoke successfully. He was from the Fraud team and just wanted to confirm a DUITNOW transaction. I highlighted that its contact number did not work and was promised a full investigation.
