Singapore run banks recently not that reliable 🤦‍♀️ look at DBS during the past downtime was always peak transaction period

Nothing to do with reject doing at night 🤦‍♀️ the reason why they chose that time is to make sure the downtime is least down as much as possible and easier to troubleshoot during if anything goes wrong

At least they more responsible and reliable taking on and trying minimise downtime to hit their 99% availability at all times

I cant see an option to link gxbank in grab. Does it take some time to appear ?

So I introduced GX bank to a M friend but he don't want it's not shariah, and also it's grab

Then I told him, "ok lah.. ada lagi satu shariah" then I intro him that arab bank

He was excited, with the 4% interest and nice looking card.. but next day see all the issues, cancelled sign up

I think you need either same phone number or email address because it automatically appears one day after you successfully register GXBank.

Phone is same but i also updated the email address

do note, if you are an existing grab unlimited, you only get refund on next day of your renewal date

yeah already talked to them and they opened a support ticket but after 1 week still no news, I am not an existing grab unlimited user.

Previously when I open gxbank account also having issue receiving RM20 cashback after adding RM100, their cs also helped on that.

Just to share.

I registered for GX ever since the day they launched with limited users, and it has yet to show up in my Grab app to link the account. Same number used.

Didn't bother to follow up, as it doesn't matter to me, but my other account, it showed up pretty quickly and everything went smoothly including the cashback for unlimited.

only have 1 and only number, and I linked it by clicking the gxbank icon from grab app.

They admitted there is some issues on the cashback. Need time to fix it.

Still waiting for their card, can link to Grab but can't use it as payment method such as DuitNow for now so I only kept RM20 inside.
