3.3 In relation to Reward Category 3, Eligible Spend using the GX Card shall not include the following transactions and no Campaign Reward shall be granted in respect of such transactions (“Excluded Transactions”):

(a) payment of new card issuance fees, annual card fees, card replacement fees,and/ or any other applicable card fees imposed from time to time;
(b) cash withdrawal transactions;

(d) payment of insurances and/ or takaful;
(e) the following government related payments:

- Courts Costs (including alimony and child support)
- Fines
- Bail and Bond Payments
- Tax Payments
- Government Services
- Postal Services (Government Only)
- Intra-Government Purchases (Government Only)

(f) payment to charity and/ or social services organisations;
(g) gambling, betting and gaming related transactions;
(h) quasi cash merchant transactions (e.g. cryptocurrency, foreign currency, money order);
(i) void transactions, reversals or refunds; and
(j) such other transactions as GXBank may determine at its discretion.

u get the rm4.90 refund already? cause my case is i don't know that need to link to grab acc first only subcribe untlimited. so i already subcribe the grab unlimited 2 days ago, then today only link the acc. So, i still can get the refund right?

I just gotten my refund today. I think its tied to when Grab charges you. Grab app will charge u first, then gx will receive rm 4.90 refund in the app.

But there is a bug, i receive 2 notification and 6 emails for 1 transaction
