Got around 780Mbps / 220 Mbps after upgrade. Not sure if my ubiquiti edx is limiting factor

Currently using "unifi 100Mbps - Turbo Super Value" RM99 and eligible for the Free Speed Upgrade. So the upgrade will be 300Mbps for RM99?

already got the message saying upgrade is completed, but my speed remained the same still. should I contact Unifi regarding this?

Test from wifi, pc? Lan cable?

from 100mbps to 300mbps,
tested using WiFi and lan connected to desktop.

So, what speed you get? Less that 100? Over 100?

I think tm configuration may be botched during upgrade bah. If restarting router doesn't help, then need to call 100/live chat complain and let technician come

just contact them on Facebook, then this evening someone called saying they already reconfigure my upgrade. restarted my router and it finally upgraded.

Upgrade came on Oct 17. 2023. 2018 100M Turbo --> 300M. PJ SS22.

i got the 300mbps upgrade last week. immediately i tried some downloads and sure enough i can see speed improvement

however, this week like back to 100mpbs speed download but speedtest shows 300mpbs

i am not sure what is going on

If speedtests showing 300 but download showing 100 means that particular server is limited to 100 from throttling or due to congestion. I noticed after my own upgrade to 300 not every server can get the full 37 MB/s download.

Even NVIDIA download server limited to 12.5 MB/s download.

But torrent legit stuff also limited to 6 MB/s when there are many seeders. And when i have two torrents, the 6 MB/s is divided among them

Last week i can get torrent up to 20 plus MB/s

Oh, in that case, it's definitely something wrong on your end. Problem is, if you make a report, they'll ask for Speedtests, and if those are hitting 300, they won't consider it an issue on their end to be fixed.

Have you tried the usual remedies? (on/off router and ONU, use wired connection for torrenting etc)

ANY ORIGINAL 800MBPS UPGRADE TO 1GBPS COMPLETED?
STILL WAITING.. WONDER IF NEED CHANGE ONU OR ROUTER OR NOT..
