got mine from 300mbps to 500mbps last week

Got my plan upgraded from 300M to 500M on 7/10. Location Miri

Original Speed: 300 Mbps
Add-ons: unifi TV Ultimate Pack
Date upgraded: 7 October 2023
New Speed: 500 Mbps

Many of us who were previously on 500mnps are getting sms today. Am yet to reboot my modem/router. Hopefully it goes without any problem when I get back home today.

how do you know "many of us"? you working for TM?

May I know what is the latest router and modem model for Unifi

original speed: 300mbps down, 50mbps up
add-on: ruby plus pack
date upgrade: this morning (16 oct)
new speed: 500mbps down, 100mbps up

current devices: HUAWEI HG8240W, TP LINK Deco M4 x2 (now shopping around for Deco upgrade to newer model like XE75)

Got my notification today. However, no change after rebooting the router.

Will continue to monitor.

If I work for TM, I will say differently for sure Many of my friends who were on 500Mbps, they got SMS notification. And the other "official" thread, ppl talking about receiving SMS too. Adoi..

Got back home just now, rebooted both modem and router and walah, I'm on 800 now!



Seems they're doing it by batches, a week before, it was those 300 -> 500, then 30 -> 100, now 500 - 800. I guess you guys with 100 will soon get upgraded too 300.

Anyone got upgrade from Johor?

Got upgrade completed sms yesterday.

Rebooted twice on modem and router. Don't get download speed increase but got upload speed increased to 250Mbps.

Download speed remain at 4xxMbps.

Original speed is turbo 500Mbps.

Yesterday 500>800 pontian

Got it yesterday. Mine is from 500Mbps to 800Mbps. Using AC1750.
Reboot it... not stable. Speed up and down. Sometime even less than 100mbps. But overall didn't even hit 500mbps.
Have to continue monitor first.
