Unifi agent 0379647000 just called. He offered me upgrade from 30mbps to 100mbps at the same price with condition of contract 2 years. I told the fellow already upgrade without contract so what is he talking about. He claims that the previous upgrade was from government, not permanent cause no black and white. Went to checked the unifi dashboard really still showing 30mbps despite having been upgraded to 100mbps based on speedtest.

I'm still 800mbps turbo package, not only I have yet to receive upgrade. The free speed upgrade eligibility notification also disappeared from MYUnifi page.
Does anyone know if it is possible to downgrade to 500mbps and get my speed upgraded back 800Mbps with cheaper bills? I don't really need the 1Gbps upgrade at this point, the current 1Gbps package on the website is only RM10 more than my current 800mbps turbo. edit: Oops wrong thread, please ignore or delete This post has been edited by nChen: Jun 10 2024, 11:06 AM |
