sniper, 560w is more then enough...... check my signature.....

i remeber legionhardware or xbitlabs measure the power requirement for crossfire and a xtreme procesor max out around 400W only, still got plentiful to spare

Just a kindly reminder. Your processor will bottleneck your 3850 if you bought it. smile.gif

My advice. Get a decent PSU first. That graphics and games can come later when you upgrade next time.

yeah to invest decent psu i.e enermax , tagan ,gigabyte thumbup.gif so that your system's much stable & more juice - >sufficient to run high end gc (no worry though if oc) rclxms.gif
of course no regret later on sweat.gif

actually we're talking about Q6600 + HD3870 + 550W PSU icon_idea.gif, his (vearn27) system using FSP 500W, while mine, ST56ZF smile.gif, i doubt that the 550W PSU will sufficient unsure.gif...

empire23 has a setup with Q6600 + HD3870 powered with his Enermax 500W... he say mine should be able to provide sufficient power since Fortron is quite a respectable manufacturer for good PSU. Well... pray hard... sweat.gif

Dont worry...Its not a HD2900XT...as long as you have a reliable PSU 450Watt is minimum for single card setup doh.gif
