hii all.. just want to ask here...anybody installing 3rd party cooler on this HD3870..if yes may to share with me what brand ur using? i'm thinking to change the stock cooler.. during my off day, i will play game >12 hours a day..the gc temp will jump to >80 celc. scare will damage my GPU.. i prefer to change the cooler than increase the fan speed.. need self experienced here bcos i bought zalman fatal1ty FS-V7 before for my x1950PRO. the cooler is worse than my stock cooler..now i'm very caution before buy 3rd party cooler..scare just waste my $$$$..pls help me..

Hmmm...but those results are subjective. We really can't say that it is scientific findings. The control group results are not included as well... Nothing objective can be concluded from that challenge.

8800GTs 320mb > 3870 have quite some improvement espeacially on large resolution, 320mb of video memory os too limited.
FPS wise not much increase but u get a better image quality in display |

I never used the 320MB version but I have used both MSI & Gigabyte 8800GTS 640MB and only thing I can comment is 3870 is better in image quality and 2900xt is smoother in gameplay. |
