I used to be like this at one time.
Until one day I train myself to eat 50% of the usual portion. First few weeks was tough, all mental.
Just like my dinner now, I eat 4 biji half boil eggs only and fry some veges.
More like track calories. It's a important skill, magic some people would say, to control your body weight to go up or down.
Just don't eat like an asshole is a better tip I can give.
