Er..this is going to be bad but..I'll be honest. After jogging, I went out with my uncle to get some breakfast for everyone else in the house...we bought 7 packets of Nasi Lemak.

Breakfast
2 packets of Nasi Lemak cry.gif cry.gif sweat.gif

11.15am
I had to go to Sheraton Subang to test my sister's wedding photo slide show at the ballroom.

I got home around 1.10pm....relaxed/played war craft/ played counter strike:condition zero.

2.30pm
Lunch
1 Packet of Nasi Lemak + 1 fried fish(left over from dinner) doh.gif sweat.gif

6.10pm
Jogged 2KM.

Didnt take my protein shake. Just rest and drank lots of water.

Later.....

The caterer will be coming to set up the tables and of course...the food.
Today is so shitty =.=

I'll be doing more cardio as I would like to join the AMbank run Category M, 10KM Mens Open. I HAVE NOT registered.

Most probably after CNY and all lah...senang sikit. I will train to reach 10KM before that day >.< see if I can conquer my taman by running 10 rounds icon_question.gif

3KM Clocked at 19' 39" haha..Just wanted to take it down for my future time checking. doh.gif

Don't care even if its 1KM increment..its a start!

What I did was..brisk walk for about 30 sec. then slow jog for another 30 sec or 1 min. after that started jogging from my usual starting point!
Previously was just some stretches and that is it. Today did some stretches and those things I mentioned earlier.

It was tough towards the end but i manage to push myself till the ending/starting point of my run.

Congratz! A few more 3KM runs, you will hit a point when you think you can go further. By that time, it's time to think 4KM!

Thanks dude!

Will strive to improve my running distance bit by bit flex.gif

After watching Terry Fox Run the movie over the weekend...I was kinda inspired also.

"I'll run mile by mile....take 1 lamp post at a time" <== he said something like that lar.

Really helps motivate you.

I'm not giving up on that 10KM target yet >.<

but today felt good. not so much strain on the ankles compared to other days. I guess it was my running form when landing.

Today i went fore foot or mid foot lah....as long as its not heel landing.

And nope..body didnt' ache =P proper warm up i guess. Works very very well. However...I am feeling tired lol laugh.gif

What have I been eating? =)

I know its a lot but I shared half of my food between my gf and I, so we both get to taste and see each other's food. But its still ALOT.
For example...for lunch we ate... Spaghetti in Cream of Mushroom, Chicken Cheese Burger, Asian Spiced Lamb Pocket Pizza and...Dessert sweat.gif

I dont have all of the other food pictures as these are from my K800i.... and I don't remember the names for the food so......just enjoy the pictures =).

These are from the restaurant earlier called "Di atas Sungei"
