QUOTE(metalfreak @ Dec 17 2007, 09:22 AM)
14.12.2007  - 16.12.2007

Rested. Was busy till Sunday.
Love hurts. I'm feeling pretty bumped out now. Sure you may say ah....fark ..take it like a man. Seriously, if you face it you will know. I barely slept last night. No mood to eat..

I forced myself to eat some fried rice my mum cooked for me this morning.

No...I DID NOT break up with my gf and I DID NOT ARGUE with her...but she merajuk or feels damn sad because of something which honestly, shouldn't be a problem. Girls are complicated.
You may flame me all you want, but seriously, no matter how I try to understand my significant other, it just seems never ending. Love a person dearly, faithful, loyal and sacrifice time and everything but still things like this happen. I feel like crap.

After all these years, she still can say "Don't call me till end of this week, let me cool off." I repeat, I did not argue, i did not scold her and I did not raise my voice.

Its painful to be treated like this. After all these years. Its like I'm nothing to her.
I don't know what I'm gonna do today.

Haha. I fully understand what you are going through man. I hate this when this type of thing happen to me. vmad.gif

I noticed that, Girls tend to have the tendency to complicate simple things.

I guess, it was meant to be our duty to simplify the problems tongue.gif

Update:

biggrin.gif She called me edi lol

I guess she miss me afterall nod.gif

Rage? Everyone has their own temper. Who doesn't
Raise your voice...foul language....curse that person.. who doesn't when they are angry?

But >.< I love my gf so...I gotta be a punching bag. Told myself last time that if I have a gf...I will try my best not to do what my friend's bf would do. Sometimes they just dont appreciate that they are lucky to have a gf. She is my first gf. Hopefully my last.

Actually, partly it was my fault.

I went to lowyat on Saturday....bought my new pc. And i told her we will go out at night...which in the end we didnt.

So i guess she is mad because of that.

Anyway =D start of a brand new week!@~!~~!~!

Will up my weights on dumbbell from 7.5KG to 9KG.

Fuh..nearly 2 weeks of not working out. I was back at Sitiawan.

Life Story
Seriously guys..I nearly lost my life in an accident. Happened 23rd of December, last Sunday. Kianweic chatted with me when I was online before i left for Sitiawan.

Chatted with Kianweic, after awhile..packed everything into the car...and started my journey. I was the driver. My mum and sister was in the car as well.

Painful lesson. NEVER never sleep late before traveling. My biggest mistake ever. I got the wrong information and took for granted. I thought my brother in law was driving instead of me, so i stayed up pretty late. So when I was told that he isn't coming in the first place....I was screwed.

Just for a split second, i dozed off. I woke up when my mum said "Why are you moving towards the left". By the time i opened my eyes, the car was going to hit those construction square plastic box. Panic, I jammed the brakes while turning right...I lost control of the car.

Skidded and spun 2 ROUNDS clockwise . After the 2nd spin, I hit an Estima and spun anti clockwise 1 round before coming to a halt.

I really thank God for really protecting me and my family and not to mention other drivers. Imagine if there was a motorcyclist? Another Kancil? or any other car that would had hit me from any direction.

I'm not joking and to think back of what could have happened....I could hardly sleep.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As for my progress for year 2007

Although I've been busy with handling my new pc.....life situation and also traveling back to Sitiawan...all I did pushups and my abs circuit workout.

And also =D Prayed more lolz

Progress picture...

Not sure how far my results are but ....kinda satisfied and still working on it

Don't have a really before workout picture to compare but...December has been bad for me. Not really an excuse but for me...I didn't workout as usual...alot of distractions like handling my new pc( @!#$! #@$@# sucky Asus bad batch of motherboard), and I had to go back to Sitiawan. But at least I did push ups and my abs circuit for a good sweat while back at Sitiawan. Like i said...for me, doing something is always better than not doing anything at all.

Here goes..

Sometimes just bored lah...1 day just for pure legs?

Can we do like Legs and upper body? Or just not advisable?

swt.. the very basic principle of split bodyparts training.

1. never train more than 1 major muscle group in a day.
- major muscle group including legs(quad+ham), Chest and back. shoulders arms traps are small groups
2. never train a bodypart more than 2 times a week. 1 time should be enough as long as u hit it hard enough on the day u train it. 2 days for under developed muscles. 3 times are specific exceptions(genetic).
3. Legs day should be training only LEGS! legs includes quads hams and calves. unless u train quads or hams alone on the day, then incoperate arms or shoulders or traps.
4. why do i emphasise on point 3? because if u r training hard enough, on leg day u wouldn't have anything left for other muscles. u shouldn't be able to walk properly 10-30 minutes right after u finish. if u still can walk up the stairs, u r not training hard enough
5. as long as u keep every day within 1 hour of training, no matter u r doing supersets or giants sets or triple drop sets, u r not over training.
6. its not easy to over train ur muscles, its easy to overtrain your CNS(CNS burnout)
