QUOTE(strongbaby @ Nov 13 2007, 02:23 AM) hi expert Download the latest MAME, PSP_MAME4ALL_v4.9r1. Extract psp_mame4all_v4.9r1 directory into \PSP\GAME then extract EBOOT.PBP from psp_mame4all_v4.9r1-slim directory and overwrite the one in \PSP\GAME\psp_mame4all_v4.9r1i am newbie here in this thread. my question: is there a emulator convertor that can convert my old mame favourite game into psp format ? e.g: tumblepop. i have the mame format in zip file, but how convert and playable in psp. any idea ? Copy the game zip file into \PSP\GAME\psp_mame4all_v4.9r1\roms directory. Update (Nov 15 2007): Just found out that this latest version does not work with PSP Slim. The older modified version, MAME GP2X v4.7 PSP works. This post has been edited by bill3: Nov 15 2007, 09:23 AM |

QUOTE(QD_buyer @ Nov 13 2007, 07:43 PM) depends on the bit ratefor 25 mins anime, at reasonable quality, I got it around 120MB ++ , not much difference than the original xvid avi which is 170+ MB if want to reduce the size to around 80 MB also can, but will see noticeable blocky artifacts This post has been edited by dattebayo: Nov 13 2007, 10:42 PM |

QUOTE(dattebayo @ Nov 12 2007, 10:44 PM) may i know how long it usually take to backup/dump the Slim's NAND flash? Using Open NAND dumper or NANDtool. It probably depends on the speed of the memory stick. Mine took around 1.5 minutes using Open NAND dumper. This post has been edited by woo: Nov 15 2007, 04:08 PM |

QUOTE(akachester @ Nov 16 2007, 03:33 PM) Yes, you can unbrick using files from other PSP, but the wifi and the umd drive won't work. The only thing you can do then is play MP3 or view photos on your PSP. You need the files from your own PSP if you want to unbrick and restore full functionality. |
