Hi, new to the psp scene but want to get extra options for my psp

Saw this feature awhile back but really scared to try out as im not sure what functions that my psp can handle without it getting brick. anyone care to advice?

Im not really sure what this homebrew does. Can I listen to myfm with this, with a wifi connection? As thats the only instance that I will listen to the radio anyway.

Please advice me if modding these will brick my psp

Generally, I still have no idea what will brick and what wont brick my psp. As i know wallpaper and theme changes will not harm it as its a real function of the psp. What about the rest? I heard also that with psp slim, homebrews has more tendencies to brick the psp. What has happened to make it this way?

I would also like to know places where i can get help for modification of my psp as in LEDs and skins purchase. Preferably a shop or someone in the know of these things

Sorry if i come across as a noob which i really am. Hope some experienced modders can care to enlighten me; if not flame me to the right direction.

I personally thank you so much for having the patience to answer all of my questions above. Although I dont fully understand it in depthly (is that a word? lol), you gave me a rough idea on what I can and cant do. Personally, still scared to mod the XMB and startup screens .

Some new questions that might not be so new (prepare for noob questions)
a) what are custom firmwares (CFW)? I bought my pspslim at SCE and Im quite sure its modded. Are they the same thing, CFW and modded? Is it possible to run homebrews that are not of the same version on it? (as in v1.50 homebrew while using the v3.71 m33) because it seems that i cant use psptube for my slim
b) when others are busy downgrading, why do ppl release CFW? summore is latest version? Sorry this is more of a logical question but i still cant figure it out.

Until now Im satisfied IF
a) my psp is able to watch Youtube
b) my psp is able to run MSN without the complicated typing stuff

how do most of you guys handle the bad typing template? Im getting faster but the setup is too annoying and frustrating.

What other homebrews do you guys install into your PSPs? This might be a bad thing to encourage homebrews lol.

EDIT: As i was wifi-ing with my psp today i realise i got an update for the 3.72 firmware. I havent updated it but please enlighten me on what to do!

wondering if anybody has custom cintro and gameboot for 3.71 m33 firmware....currently cant get mine to work cause unable to flash

i have it on 3 sides too and can clearly see the metal under the buttons and all this while i was busy playing tekken on it.

Update : Still unable to find a good custom boot guide for 3.71 m33. sigh

guys, can recommend any software to convert psx games so that i can play it over the psp. Also is there a list of what games are available on the psp for psx?
