Rite now I'm playing GoW @ 1440x900 and the graphics is awesome !! Tho i didn't notice any different using DirectX 10 @ DirectX9.

Lag or stuttering? How came offline game can lag lol

I tried ur tips, but became more lag

offline game lag bcoz of memory,bug and etc, while online games lag mostly bcoz of bandwidth

any CC's carrying GOW yet?

update ur windows live and uninstall any 3rd party driver/software for ur gc such as atitool,omega driver, just use the normal one..that will do

For me, if i want to get a new core, better make it the highest (545 last i check). I plan to use my pc for 5 years, and its nearing 1 already. Card no change, only the core. hehe

I've tried oblivion before, and i believe this one will work out too.

this games doesnt work well with ATItool,rivatuner,omega, even I oc my gc with one of those, my GOW became more lag and crashed eventually

muahaha...ignore the crash just alt+tab back into the game. after finished playing, then u can close that error window.

hmm..i tried that , yes I can continue my games but it will become more lag..

juz tried out.... graphic is superb, by far the best graphic i had play b4 and i think it looks better than crysis. For me the game graphic/system requirement ratio is very good. I'm sure a 8800GT wif dual core can play the game superbly well ^^

Yeah, best solution ever. I was pulling my hair for the few days after my first crash.

Anyone can verify the problem behind the screwed up mouse control? Sometimes it is fine and sometimes it screws up Luckily I could get it back to normal by deleting the folders in my document

And the graphic certainly nice; although with my 3600+ and X1800GTO I could only play smoothly with medium-low settings... (1024x768 res..)

SO any1 know whether the original GoW is out yet?

i think its already in store at TSB.. I went to MidValley,they said no stock...dunno when will arrive...so,better check with TSB because they will a lot of stocks...
