Yeah, best solution ever. I was pulling my hair for the few days after my first crash.

Anyone can verify the problem behind the screwed up mouse control? Sometimes it is fine and sometimes it screws up Luckily I could get it back to normal by deleting the folders in my document

And the graphic certainly nice; although with my 3600+ and X1800GTO I could only play smoothly with medium-low settings... (1024x768 res..)

Check the "My Games" folder inside your "My Document". Inside should have a GoW folder, delete that then start your game. It will automatically recreate all the configuration

Hopefully it could solve your problem, since I think some users in the Epic forum still could not get it back to normal with this method

errr, too lazy to check your previous post so dunno exactly which problem you encounter

Anyway, what is making your game to crash? I mean, when GoW crash, you could check the details of the report. Is the ModName kernel.dll or "Unknown"? I had gotten the kernel.dll crash today because my Windows just installed some updates and the moment I launch GoW then boom! Straight crash After restart my comp only can get into the game.

The "Unknown" problem which is also most the common crash that most people get (which makes your game crash after you in it for 10secs ~ 5mins):
Then my advise will be just ignore the problem (drag the report window to the corner and Alt+Tab back into GoW to continue play), so far I'm using this method and works great. No further slowdown on the game even after 2~3 hours gameplay Manage to get past few chapters now

Well, not that I don't want to get the ori... but with all the complaints plus my shitty streamyx line so I chose the sparrow version

They're quite easy to deal with

So far Theron Guard + Boomer (plus a couple of Locusts) is more irritating to me But Torque Bow could finish them off easily

hmm, is it possible for the sparrow version to play hamachi with ori one? If can I will like to join the fun as well
