No wonder Alonso can adapt easily from Renault to Mclaren, rupa rupanya cause he has been driving Mclaren disguised as Renault for his second WDC year, haha

Same here I'm no big fan of Ferari - in fact I used to HATE Ferari when M.Shu was driving for em. But when Kimi left McLaren, I realised i was a bigger fan of kimi than i was off McLaren so now im forced to support that red car just cos kimi is driving it haha.

Just leave Renault alone, they had McLarens secrets but obviously didnt use it. Just look at their pace all season!

But the McLarens strangely adapted to Bridgestone rather well and rather quickly.

it doesnt suprise me one bit. because :

i. Mclaren is one of the top two spender in F1 in terms of cars development. It is reported that Mclaren spends around USD 200 - 300 yearly on car development. i dont have the exact figures, but you guys can check out formula for success on BBC world - (highly recommended F1 related documentary series thumbup.gif )

ii. All the michelin runners has been given ample time to test bridgestone tyres . There was 9 days testing days in 2006 ( 3 days at Barcelona and 6 at Jerez).

yeah, just look at how pathetic is toyota laugh.gif

hAhAHahha you guys made ferrari seemed sooooo "innocent" as if they never spied whistling.gif
they're just not caught, duh.

mclaren adapted to bridgestone so quickly because, partly they're rich, good at tyres and of course the FREE information from stepney is also a factor.

I used to be a FFFFF (Freakin Forza Fanatic Ferrari Freakin Fan). But after following F1 after a while...I matured up and see the whole picture.

I brought forward the question of McLaren quick adaption to Bridgestone not trying to put down any McLaren fan by hinting on the benefits of the Stepney-gate. But (after saying that im an ex-FFFFF) i cant avoid to think Stepney-gate is a factor. Ron Dennis said F1 news have change since now its the age of the internet. Im as a fan sitting on the other end cant stop the flow of information and now its embedded in my mind.

Either McLaren use it or not, I would always considered that they have might.

So now Ross Brawn is heading Honda, Button and Barrichello suddenly looks to be a future competitors. I love that. I hope they do get competitive coz both Button and Barrichello deserve soo much better. And Honda too.

Jean Todt i think have made his first step on leaving Ferrari by handing down some of his authority to Domenicalli.

It has, i think, to do with FIA calls on Renault spygate timing. Its has all been planned i think to hold Alonso away from Renault (Coz Alonso wouldnt want another spy accusation on his new team) And try to push a one year contract with Red Bull. After a year, Toyota will buy out Massa's contract with Ferrari, and Todt and his son will move camp.

All clear for Alonso to join Ferrari then.

This is Montezemolo's desire and he always wants the best to be in Ferrari. And Todt Sr had had some history of misunderstanding issues with Monty all these years (including Micheals 'retirement and Kimi's signing). And Kimi and Alonso driver lineup is definitely his wet dream.

Interesting times ahead in F1. smile.gif

Good observation.

Sad though Brawn's and Todd is leaving.

Pretty much Alonso is going to Red Bull and team up with Webber.
