Hello...i have a weird problem here...it seems that TNB guy who is supposed to come to my house to read my meter and issue the bill...stop doing so for 2 months already.
Usually by 30th or end of month, I will get my electricity bill but now missed for May and June also.
For month of May...i need to keep on chase and follow up until June 15th only someone come and read my meter and issue May bil. The problem is, my bil become expensive because the usage also counted in additional 15 days in June, and end up i need to pay more due to higher amount charged for higher block of electricity usage.
Now June, also start to miss again. I already submit email help to TNB careline but the response has been slow. At first ask me take picture of my own meter. After that wait 1-2 more days and after i follow up, ask me to provide my phone number and now wait again...
Imagine now i have to chase and follow up for my TNB bill...what else I can do to escalate and complain this issue?
