What to do if TNB did not issue bil?, Missed for 2 consecutive month

U have smart meter, solar panel. By right u will have a bill in apps. U not received it, right? That's weird. It bcos u have solar panels?
Is this happen when only u have a smart meter? No solar panel? If u have it, tnb equipment faulty. If not , when u have problem after installing solar panels, that solar panel was culprit. But yr case is so weird. |
