one of my apartment have smart meter but cannot access the aps to check it at all.
I think maybe the location of the smart meter may not give enough strong signal to the receiving TNB tower

My office and house all ok, can check daily and even half hourly

Need login thru web browser & Need to be the owner of the said accounts to access

Will show "View Energy Usage" and press it

Can see you half hourly usage for previous day by clicking the "More details" below
