 What to do if TNB did not issue bil?, Missed for 2 consecutive month

Hello...i have a weird problem here...it seems that TNB guy who is supposed to come to my house to read my meter and issue the bill...stop doing so for 2 months already.

Usually by 30th or end of month, I will get my electricity bill but now missed for May and June also.

For month of May...i need to keep on chase and follow up until June 15th only someone come and read my meter and issue May bil. The problem is, my bil become expensive because the usage also counted in additional 15 days in June, and end up i need to pay more due to higher amount charged for higher block of electricity usage.

Now June, also start to miss again. I already submit email help to TNB careline but the response has been slow. At first ask me take picture of my own meter. After that wait 1-2 more days and after i follow up, ask me to provide my phone number and now wait again...

Imagine now i have to chase and follow up for my TNB bill...what else I can do to escalate and complain this issue?

self reading is not possible because mine is new smart meter... and also I have solar...
if i recall, i did try check to do self meter but that can be done only if you're still using the old meter type right?

I just read back the T&C again


Eligibility

You are Residential or commercial customer with active TNB account
You provide us a valid email address and hand phone number
Your electricity supply is not disconnected
Your meter installation is free from unauthorized access
There is only one meter at your premise
Supply voltage is single (230V) or three phase (400V)
Premise without Smart Meter installation or Renewable Energy (RE) meter.
Account owners. Tenants are allowed to submit reading only if the account owners have successfully applied for SMR
You are able to access to the meter directly

hi Bee, are you referring to MyTNB App? if you refer to MyTNB app, i have also. I also have TNB online account. Same thing, the bill never appear. I need to chase and call customer careline.

Guys... which app are you referring to?

My smart meter not working. I cannot view my daily usage. I already call tnb. They told me my area not supported. The only reason my house change to smart meter is i guess becoz i install solar... else my area all use old meter... i also pening.. nama install smart.. but still not working...

Yeah... so actually my case... tnb folks come and change my meter twice. And latest one supposedly got sim capability but really after they install this new smart meter, i cannot view my daily usage via app also. I already call tnb and was told my area not supported so just live with it. But now i think back, my bill not being generated issue started in May.. most likely is after my new smart meter installed...

Tnb also not helping... latest i called recently.. ask me to wait 5 days after month end... as they say sometimes the ppl come do reading can be late... but i already told tnb my neighbors all got their bill already...

Update:

TNB finally send someone to my home to take reading and finally my bill issued. I asked why my house kena miss 2 months in a row. The guy cannot answer me because he told me there's a team of workers and they actually take turns go read meter every month at different housing area.

Dude... you got read the full update?
Earlier got smartass ask to use app without really understand the issue or maybe i did not write clearly...

Now i already update the final issue and what tnb did to solve my issue and you still can ask me to use app? Hahahahaha
