What to do if TNB did not issue bil?, Missed for 2 consecutive month

If your meter is smart meter, the bill is no longer coming into your mailbox. It’s in your app. They don’t send physical bill anymore.
For my case, I receive those manual bill until I change to solar and now the bill will appear in app. It is because once I change to solar , the meter is changed into smart meter type.

So right now it’s something wrong already. Btw, my cost pasang solar is about 39k. My saving is 99.99% from my usual 650-700 bill.
