Depends on stock availability on outlet, for my case I can choose.
So its best to ask first before signing up.

We are talking about the UHome Borneo plan, which totally blocks usage in West Msia.

Anyone living in area where umobile already done upgrading to their UM Ultra5G? Do you notice any speed upgrade to your UHome5G?
Just recently i noticed on my phone line it's displaying UM Ultra5G, did a speedtest on my phone and the speed really did boost up from normal speed, but when i test my UHome5G wifi, the download speed is the same as usual around 200-300mbps.
I did restart my NX510v router a few times but it doesn't make any difference. Mind you my router should be able to handle speed atleast around 600mbps++ because when i subscribe uhome5G few years back during time not a lot people using 5G it was able to reach that speed. Do you think umobile is somehow putting a speed cap on uhome5G users?

your hp sim is not suppose to be put into 5g modem router, just so you know, you would be lucky if UM didn't just ban your sim. don't pray pray. dont ever try that again. only sim from U home 5g plan is to be put into 5G modem.

I am talking about uhome5G speed here, what does my hp umobile sim have to do with it? I have different a umobile sim in my phone, hence thats how i realize my place already got UM Ultra5G.

since you are using U Home 5G sim on your router, you should be getting faster speed if not better than your hp ULTRA5G wor, you may wanna check with TP Link why their router under perform liao! this is outrages router getting such lousy speed. hope they can give you firmware update of solution to your problem.

BTW, ultra 5G means SA, SA, SA! remember hor, check your router got support SA or not, in West Msia, 5G SA is Huawei end to end, In east Msia, 5G SA is ZTE end to end. just so you know.

That's why i was wondering, when i first started UHome5G at my place my NX510v had no problem with reaching around 600mbps speed, it all goes down after around a year mainly due to more and more users are using 5G devices at my place i think.
I thought after they upgrade their equipment to UM Ultra5G and move all UM users to their network from DNB i could see the speed boost back to what it was before, but apparently i am not seeing it with UHome5G. Only my HP line seen speed boost

I did check my router spec and it does support SA mode.

TPlink NX510v:
5G SA : 2.4 Gbps(downstream) / 900 Mbps(upstream)
5G NSA: 3.4 Gbps(downstream) / 550 Mbps(upstream)
LTE: 1.6 Gbps(downstream) / 200 Mbps(upstream

Look for SA status in your tplink nx510v, best is to check the band for 5G NR it is connected to. Router spec can support, doesnt mean it is running SA. Verify it. If verify is SA but is still getting low speed. Means is not optimize radio, ring up UM. That should provide you answer. We are waiting your test result after you solve it. I maybe getting the ultra 5g sim plan myself if confirm it is definitely faster.

Check already, still connected to B28 band, that means still NSA right?

it need to be 4g b28 + 5g b78 to get 5G nsa, so if you only on 4g b28, that mean you still on 4g/LTE

I check in Aginet App coz i am not at home, it says B28 but it's actually connected to 5G. Maybe the app just doesn't list the full band connection

yes, B28 is LTE anchor, meaning 100% NSA!

it should be NSA 5G, look at your TP link status page, if is stated as 5G, B28, confirm is NSA.

your app already shown 5G B28, meaning = NSA, no dispute!
