The ER6/Ninja 650 OEM rear tyre is 160/60 Bro... Rim width is 4.5" only

Sorry if I'm wrong. Not sure for 600cc range bike

IMO, the best is to keep as recommended. It may dangerous for the handling of the bike esp. during high speed, when cornering or even stopping the bike from high speed.

Better invest on after market rotor or calliper. Or get necessary gear for your own safety like back protector, knee guard or a suit etc.

You are not riding RXZ or ex5 where changing the smaller tire may give u some extra weight lost for a better speed but struggling with your handling. Sorry again if I'm wrong.

joking lar, just get it, smooth compare to it's rival ER6, more HP but less torque...

ic... but me not that Yamaha fag... eventough i got a Yamaha Lagenda 1100R at home...

Me was used to Honda smoothness...

My question is i just want to know this..... Honda was ahead of it's rival interms of smoothness & lesser engine noise.... (Confirmed by my mech )

So just want to know, does Yamaha is at least as mooth as Honda ?

I just want a smooth power delivery... I tested old Kawasaki zx6 Power delivery not smooth at all compared to CBR 600 F2....

Please answer me taikor.... icon_question.gif

from what i read and understand, only leovince made aftermarket muffler for xj6 but it is a megaphone type which might not appeal to everyone. in order to get the 'stim' inline-4 sound, the owner has to go for full system exhaust which might not be affordable to everyone smile.gif

and i might be wrong...

yep, not many in Malaysia put this shit, I've seen a lot of them just remove the plate and stick the number on it's tail lol... I have the street legal (JPJ) size numbers, not sure how much speed trap I got cry.gif ..

it is just a slip-on, RM4300 trade in with the stock one... currently looking for the mid pipe (Akrapovic Y-Pipe), a cat-less free flowing mid pipe with a O2 sensor bung on it... RM2300 sad.gif

user posted image

the stock mid pipe comes with a catalytic converter, the catalytic converter is there just for the emmision control, remove it you will get a deeper exhaust note, a slight performance boost and less heat brows.gif , but somehow have to tune the bike...
*
Y dont just custom n throw away the cat converter bro...?? Just buang the sarang, can get the same effect... N cheaper also..

yep, that's the "ghetto" way of doing it... requires cutting and re-welding the stock,

if you decide on a aftermarket y pipe it will do the same as removing the stock cat, but y pipe looks better, I wanted to put the best on my bike brows.gif

Hohoh, nice mantra Bro... Only the best will do.. But, possibly hole in pocket mantra also... Hehhe
