Drove past, it's just behind Subang Parade, and there's a link bridge to it too, prime location this one is, and freehold too, in the heart of SJCC, what more can one ask for?

Smallest unit 525sqft , biggest 620sqft. got 5 types but all is same 2room 2 baths . SImilar layout just living room bigger or with balcony
525, 550, 613, 619, 620 sqft

Yea, got bridge connecting to Subang Parade mall & bridge crossing the road, to LRT station (Kelana jaya line) lead to Bangsar South, Mid Valley, KLCC.

180m to be exact, pretty walkable compared to Lot15.

Majority who booked here are staying nearby, fall in love with the location due to walkable to public transport & mall. Few cash buyers too.

must avoid those unit facing Subang parade

the roof is not pleasant to look at
and more over- if there is ever a plan to knock-down/rebuilt- those unit facing will be impact the most in both construction time, and also when it is finished

so small how to stay btw.. 525sf comes with 2 room and 2 baths?? got living room and balcony.. cant imagine..
it seems high density 941 units.. although is near to LRT.. but i dont take public transport.. for investment maybe but there is Teja opposite Empire Shopping Centre..
