Went to the sales gallery recently, many ppl tho, not many units left, those with parking one almost all gone, left those without parking but cheaper about rm 70k. Sales person claimed carparks are not important in this projects, as you can rent one with rm150 or make use of LRT. From the investment point of view, it sounds reasonableš¤£, then I smile at him and happily walk out from the gallery.

Hype is further into USJ,
Pinnacle connectivity better in my opinion. Damen mall junction is a curse... not gonna get much better. |
