the Lot 15 just VP, and have Teja just started
also there is this one next to isola?

market really dont have so much apptedite la.

no doubt- Subang jaya is prettry prime but seems like rushing.
this location is better than Teja... they should should keep it for premium launch later.

try walk into the show room and am sure they will tell you some unit are available due to loan reject la, director reserve unit being release la etc

ihern is associated with SD in some way.... so he could only say polite things.

He also cannot bash kao2 later the big players all ban him ma hailat

Need to be neutral n puji at certain things so can get more jobs more reviews

But then again.. there must be some truth in that when SDP and even now pinnacle is rushing to build apartments there...

If it ain't hot selling developer won't be so stupid to burn their hand.... so you need to take that in mind...


in comparison... tropicana metropark... which the sales people also say the same shit... going to sold out bla bla bla.... loan reject unit bla bla bla.... those I cannot trust... you know why?? Cause they end up selling their remaining 2 plot of land to another developer doh.gif doh.gif .... if it is so hot... their masterplan would not have changed... but when you see things going into shit... no more mall... no more hospital.... no more hotel.... you know they aren't doing as well as they say they are doing...

yeah there is impressive masterplan as heard- but din hear much about it being scrap/change. can share some link?

Went to show room. 41 units / floor shakehead.gif rclxub.gif . all layout r similar 2 rooms + 2 baths. few corner unit come with balcony.
. Agent told me is around 900 - 1000/sqft yet to be confirm.
