Ya, not everything is perfect, but there r 2 washrooms per unit, why dont just make 1 as common wahsroom or make 2 doors for 1 of the washroom

For investment just focus on room rental then should b not a big deal, but for own stay then susah a bit ...

Both different product - Teja suitable for own stay more. Pinnacle fully investment and p/sf not cheap plus no carpark. it looked cheap bcoz small size

Car park got, only start from upper level unit floor, which floor I can't remember!!!
