It's not cheap if you calculate psf. Around 900psf without carpark.

Both different product - Teja suitable for own stay more. Pinnacle fully investment and p/sf not cheap plus no carpark. it looked cheap bcoz small size

Means got some lower floor units without car park.
That's an interesting idea, for some people prefer not to have cars, can save on the price?

I think with car park the price is different around 50k ? so total add up psf is not cheap anymore

Dropped by the sales gallery tadi.
So for the common unit, Type B, the first 15 floors no carpark included. The larger units (like 1 or 2 per floor) got carpark.

I asked for the estimated difference between with and without carpark, additional 30-40k according to the salesperson.

Feels very packed and each floor has mostly the same units except like 7 corner units.

3x Aircon and smart lock included.

I feel so many no carpark sure will be an issue later. Either bantai park, park outside or what.

PSF is about 900

Long term will be troublesome, and RM80x12 per year, for freehold better pay the extra to have carpark. Unless never plan to drive.
