wow.... really lots of development in SJ.
really can see out meh?

the Lot 15 just VP, and have Teja just started
also there is this one next to isola?

market really dont have so much apptedite la.

no doubt- Subang jaya is prettry prime but seems like rushing.
this location is better than Teja... they should should keep it for premium launch later.

try walk into the show room and am sure they will tell you some unit are available due to loan reject la, director reserve unit being release la etc

ihern is associated with SD in some way.... so he could only say polite things.

yeah there is impressive masterplan as heard- but din hear much about it being scrap/change. can share some link?

must avoid those unit facing Subang parade

the roof is not pleasant to look at
and more over- if there is ever a plan to knock-down/rebuilt- those unit facing will be impact the most in both construction time, and also when it is finished

yeah but it is different project, different developer all together.
It is just happen to use the same name as "Pinnacle"

many other projects uses Pinnacle too- there is one in sunway- and another near PJ Hilton.... those din collapse, infact doing very well......

i think it is way over priced, and silly that some of the unit without carpark.
Similar with Teja- the Subang jaya is just over crowded.


Anyway- thank you for educating us on developer changing its name,

BJ is a big no no for me.
really too high density and little way out.


use goggle map, click Pavillion BJ and zoom out.
we can see many brown fields, under construction.

and also many green fields left- knowing Malaysia- all these green pocket will be constructed to high rise as well.

Hype is further into USJ,
Pinnacle connectivity better in my opinion.

Damen mall junction is a curse... not gonna get much better.
