I m afraid CashXcess unable to transfer directly from RHb to Rize as CachXcess using IBG transfer while Rize only support duitnow.

QUOTE(Optizorb @ Aug 15 2023, 03:05 AM)
finally, i have received my interest on 13/8 @ 11.59pm (but still havent get RM20 welcome bonus)

+RM18.30

which is off.. so idk how they counted.. or until when is that interest calculated.
no statements available for me to download, keep show error..

wanna ask, does the statement show how much daily interest we get?

i opened account on 22/7
deposited on 23/7

if interest credited on 13/8, by right i should be getting +RM25.90...?

after cracking my head, to get +18.30 interest it would mean the interest calculated from 23/7 to 8/8 only.. i calculated get around +18.22

so again idk where the +18.30 would come from but it is the closest figure i can get.

if anyone curious to help me calculate in case im the one who made error:

Your interest is calculated until 31st July only
They will only credit your interest earn by end of the month
For your august interest will be in by 1st Sep

yes, that is the case for normal people

im abnormal case, cause my interest got credited on 13th aug 11.59pm.

if wanna say that is my July interest, cannot also right.
Cause i started on 23 July only.. so my July interest around RM8.xx only..

i see, so the statement would be useless for me to refer on this then as its basically same with transaction history..

and yeah, so confusing la.. no idea why they suddenly credit +18.30 profit for me.

any others who didnt get July interest got theirs already? Wonder if you all got same case like me lol

your formula off dy. the interest is way too much.

how you get 5000 x 5% = 0.94 lol

it should be 0.68 only

yup something like that, although got one or two figures wrong.

thats why dont know where the 18.30 come from
if follow 1mr3tard3d theory earlier, then can get 18.30 if take the interest from 31/7 to 13/8 and round UP to 2 decimal places. but thrn what happens to 23/7 to 30/7 interests? lol

next closest to 18.30 was, i can get for 23/7 to 8/8, 18.22 if no round up, 18.33 if round up..

overall it is just weird they decided to give me mixture of July + August interest, when i complained about not receiving July interest..

Why introduce unnecessary complications, plus their statements doesnt help at all cause doesnt show us the daily interest earned. doh.gif
they should have just calculated and credited July interest la.. Which if im getting correctly is around RM8.xx only..

thats why im asking others here as well, those of you who no get july interest. you all got your interest credited now or not?

How do you all use Rize? Purely for saving your money got in no out?

For me I use it as my main account right now... Kinda replace my maybank account...

I use Rize mostly on paying my credit card bills
Any money extra from whatever bank also I move it to rize
But I realize when I give my rize account number to ppl they all say cannot transfer... So I need to tell them is Al Rajihi Bank of Investment.. then ppl don't feel comfortable say is not a bank and they don't want transfer and I lazy to explain
So ended up I give them Maybank. So from Maybank again I transfer to Rize.

I register Rize account with my mobile number in DuitNow, so when come to transfer, just use DuitNow, then ask your friend enter your mobile phone number, they won't even know which bank or account number, just your name will show during the transfer

Hope this will make your life easier

I use it as my savings account due to the interest rate. My salary goes into MBB and I transfer over to Rize. I still use MBB to receive incoming money and not Rize.

MBB has schedule payment which I use to pay my credit card. Would be good if Rize has scheduled payment feature too.

got my welcome bonus +20 yesterday.

so now i have received:
- welcome bonus: +20
- july+partial august interest: +18.30

my problems mostly settled, just have to clarify with them tomorrow on the interest earned as im unsure what is the amount earned for july since they give me mixed july+aug interest.
