Cannot find through FAQ, few questions in mind before proceed opening an account:-

1) I saw people posted very nice package of debit card, any annual fee?

2) If yes, can i opt for no debit card so no annual fee?

3) Duitnow transaction in and out only free up to RM5000, so any transaction above that amount in a single transaction will be charged RM0.50 fee?

1) annual fee 10/year, 1st year currently waived

2) debit card is optional, by default no card. if you want have to apply for it

3) limit increased already, no idea how much is limit now. you can test yourself later on, it should inform you got 50cent charges before proceeding iirc

Tried 50k transfer, no charge

I have tried transferring more than 5k without any charge but my family member was charged 0.50 for a transfer of slightly more than 5k a few days later. There was no indication of any fee before the transfer. However, the charge can be seen in transaction history. I also do not understand why some people are charged and some people are not.

Btw, I received a missed call from my local Al-Rajhi branch. Anyone else received any similar call like that?

advise to withdraw 4999

withdraw exact RM5,000.00 also no fee

if multiple withdrawal they block my account then again i have to call them
is like too secure sometimes!

any bank also will block if u do quite frequent

the transfer out fee is not shown before you click confirm?

Tested my exact RM5k withdrawal kena 50sen fee.

I suspect something like FOC up to X transfers. after that, fee imposed.

Nope. Upon seeing the 50sen fee, i changed to RM4999 and no fee imposed.

rize is a topkek digital bank.

Just tahan till 31 Dec when the promo ends then transfer all money out.
