Rize app is unreliable, buggy, and slow.

Interest is in. That’s the only reason I am using it. After the promo over gonna dump it.

Most ppl are using it for interest once that is gone by Dec 31 all gonna dump it 🤦‍♀️

My account was opened and deposited with money on 7/7/2023 and never see the Welcome Bonus also.

interest in! i dont use saving pot because when i started it make things super confusing as both side also got interest and i dont know the 5% is giving to saving pot or the normal pot!

received the Interest 5% promo rate today as of 31/7/2023, 23:59:59

so some people no get interest, some people no get interest + welcome bonus, and some get interest.

I just called them to ask, they mention they will highlight to relevant department lol

I think that's the price to pay for 5% return, they save on sales agent and marketing cost, they get database and mass market to test run their digital banking.

I think it's a fair deal. I got welcome bonus and 1st month interest, but for those no getting any or one of it, don't worry, it's BNM regulated, soon they need to rectify the problem and you will get what you suppose to get.

Even well established bank like RHB also got complaint of not receiving cashback/interest.

same thing they told me this morning, said will update through email later.

whole day no email or update came..

interest + welcome bonus still not credited.

dont know why rize system is like that.

That's why I m not bother to sign up after failure twice. They never bother to notified sign up failures.

To me, this is not acceptable. It is a very amateur service or IT work. Probably the bank hire some newbies to do banking work.
It's something very wrong with interest not credited in some accounts. This is suppose to be automated by software with accuracy.

I m not putting money where service is lousy and worry every now and then, have to check account.

opening had one small bump... but overcome
deposit was reflected fast
interest came in on time.
Still no Welcome bonus (which i have raise an email support)

just called cs. some account are impacted on interest. they are rectify it.
for welcome bonus- need to wait 1 week business working day. dont count sat/sun when open acc

i waited since 7/7
other accounts created later than this date (7/7) already receive their welcome bonus

as i highlight early, my son never receive any interest from the start (may until now-3month no interest) being email and call every month, even informed will cc to Bank Negera, but still the same reply, working on it and can do nothing. Now seem more new acc affected, hope will give presure them to solve it.

3 months no interest - this is a little too much!
can you share the email they reply to you?
also you may want to just post on their Facebook Page see got better respond or not
