Can't login today. Enter OTP then error. Delete app try again same thing. This "bank" really lousy man.

If not for the 5%/4% I really won't use it. Not worth the hassle.

Yes this happened to me too. Tried an hour later and managed to login. Even the login is slower than previously.

App notifications still not fixed. Not the best of banking app experience imo.

I still can’t access my money since noon. lol

I think this is worse than CIMB Clicks
The sotong is buggy as hell but still can work

This is dead entirely. On an iPhone 13 nevertheless. I understand if Android is buggy because too many devices to cover.

The current update is only affecting FaceID because of the protocol for FaceID is not being embedded or authenticated properly 🤦‍♀️ by the current app update

Joke sia
Rize app is unreliable, buggy, and slow.

Interest is in. That’s the only reason I am using it. After the promo over gonna dump it.

let do some risk analysis with example: Let say you deposit 250k

Rize : 250k X 4% /365 X 30 = RM821 per month
Gxbank : 250k X 3% /365 X 30 = RM616 per month

The difference is RM 205. 250K risk loss vs RM205 per month difference.

For me not worth after 1st Dec incident (money missing, negative balance, withdrawal issue). Till today, still got people complained on FB about missing money not being refunded.

Wrong maths
GX bank credit interest daily

You did not account for the compounding interest. Pls redo the numbers (I lazy do myself) 😂

Thank you in advance for effort ok.
