6am - 10am -> also possible money lost. it is depend on luck

try avoid these ungodly hours if wanna use rize

Update: No money missing as all transactions appear in standard chartered next day. Actually I did 4 transactions yesterday, 3 of them received SMS and email from Standard chartered except the one at 2am.
I was just being paranoid when using Rize. I think it is standard chartered fault... Haha.

just now try to transfer 2k , it show failed but money get deducted in Rize, but the recipient did not receive the fund. Haiz...

my friend also ping me saying same issue. so he ask me how i handle last time

I direct call their CS, only said will investigate and ask me wait at least 3 working days.

the other 3 trx what time you did???

seems like 2am Standard Chartered is "sleeping"

Sure duitnow la as Rize only support duitnow

i mean what happened that you need refund? did you use ibg or duitnow when transfer the money to rize.
