Looks like he and you in the same boat, with so much interest missing.

its not few cents off, its not few ringgit off either. We're talking about in the range of 10~30 ringgit missing.

that's like easily half months of interest not being calculated/credited.

I already had a feeling there's something seriously wrong with Rize when my July interest im supposed to get RM8+ but instead gotten RM18+, and nobody could explain to me why is that so when i contacted their CS.

Do you put the money in saving pot? I saw from my account, seems correct. If you have the saving pot, some of the interest will be there

My received interest is also 10% lower than my interest calculation on Excel

I called them they say will calculate and revert back in around 3 working days.. Hope it will be corrected, cuz if screw up in the beginning, makes me wonder my account will have this issue for the next few months until December anot 🤣

Since when you open the account and put your money in? Do you mind share the transaction for month of Aug for our study purpose?

I got mine interest almost correct, just a marginal difference of few cents out of total interest of RM 308.06

That is why when you calculate only the profit portion of you short by 20% 🤦‍♀️ then you know it is wrong but seems like all over the place now

i have a feeling they have issue with the 5% payout that is why the on hold the statement
once i get the Aug statement i will do my calculation to see if the interest payout is correct or not
