Is there something wrong with their interest calculation. Looks way lower than previous month

no issue for Aug interest

same no issue but dunno they got deposit july or not. no breakdown. besides interest on saving pot no transaction. just saw value increase

got my interest. but it is way lower than what im supposed to get..

Speechless. This Rize is real trash.

Really wonder how they can get license from BNM..? Interest calculation also can fak up time and time and time again..

does it tally if calculate between 14 - 31 August?
since you received on 13 August, then my theory would be right
then your July interest would still be missing

Mine ok but to be exact, my 0.23 is missing. including July as I didn't get it early August
If I factor in the July interest into my Aug contribution, then 0.25 is missing in total

Because they extended the profit promo period 🤦‍♀️ hence they forgotten to put the 1st 5k on 5% and whereby now it is 4% flat across the board

Just call and tell them they forgotten about 5% extended till 31 Dec 🤦‍♀️ whereby now it is 4% flat

gotten my interest (Mine was delayed from july as well)

My received interest is 10% lower than my interest projection on google sheet lol

Missing 1% of the 5k at 5% is a grand total of rm4.166 right

Received full interest on time 😊

I did not count my interest correct or not as not.possible to count as money will go in and out of the account
Have to trust them to do the right thing and right calculation
I check my account today morning when I wake up everything looks good and interest is paid

I guess maybe like 5% of ppl will have late interest payout which is still high
