what you show are marked arrows that are necessary as they do not have directional grooves built into the design to indicate traffic flow direction. . No one will illogically have arrow like design if they do not have a directional purpose.  Show me one ramp with directional arrow grooves which have painted arrows indicating in a completely opposite direction.

The groove is indication of direction of traffic flow.  If simply face the directions, nanti kena accident. I'm sure all levels are the same. Drainage is another issue but that is not the primary function of the grooves.
*

Yes, drainage is not primary function. It is like a secondary function as a result from the first. Its main function is for traction improvement. And no it is not for direction of traffic flow. Unfortunately i didn't ask him what will happens to traction if the direction is pointed downwards instead.

perhaps some /k arkitek mat enlighten on this.

no value in new development anymore, even for rumah selangorku or rumawip.
these so called affordable houses reaching 300k++ in prices is crazy.
you can get better value in buying existing condo, with better facilities and less density.
give you example.
why buy subang west The Greens or V Residensi at 600k to 700k when you can buy existing condo (albeit slightly older) of puri aiyu or indah alam at 300k to 400k? which basically the same location.

Most people don’t make rationale decisions.

It’s a herd mentality to buy “new projects”.

It made sense in the past but nowadays very rarely it does as developers are pricing their products way more than what’s it’s worth.

What Azari said is correct. The concrete ramp grooves line IS NOT FOR SHOWING direction. It is for dispersing the rain water to avoid slippery during rain / wet condition. It MUST be face upward so that when there’s rain water, it should direct the water to the left or right side of the longkang.

If you make the groove line facing downward, majoriry of the water will end up meet at the center of the concrete which will result hazard for a car going down or up.

This is basic engineering mate, if you know nothing, just shut up.

that bistro? yeah its pricey, even the klinik aishah here cost me about 90 for normal flu/cold meds without antibiotics

we're hoping if the front mpsj food court open then we'd have cheaper option

too bad nonhalal foods quite scarce here, more choice u need to go puchong or usj, but lucky enuf the Prestige got nice panmee

overall living experience, quite ok lah since its own house now instead of renting
