welp im not against it im just stating facts
in fact i went to tribunal together with other owners although i withdrawn due to inconvenience since having my firstborn

the maintenance fee for 0.2/sqft is really sohai to be honest
considering we're paying just for the multi lvl carpark, lift, security etc.
multi purpose hall (another main issue) was built outside the compound and under mpsj juris, divi by 1700 units i believe it should be on the low side

u with sime darby issit? this is our latest defaulter list
showing more than half alrdy paid

got but not regularly, or rather done poorly
the very frequent breaking down of lifts is concerning too, almost daily u get to hear ringing

see my previous post about defaulters, i believe close to 70% of us paid

with 20cents/sqft you'd be quite furious no?

i was student at the one before they moved to current place so im quite familiar with that (frequent fren there) and it is as u said

usj court9/10 really won at location tbh and well maintained too
my in laws in usj one avenue so always pass by there if wana go meisek for food

well we'd like to be hopeful, at least 70% of us, for now
and we do realize if this cont goes on we may become like ppr

daily in our whatsapp group we tegur those who has ppr attitude (throwing rubbish from top floor, buang puntung rokok everywhere, cincai parking on someone's area etc)

worse kind of parents letting their kids run loose and shouting crazy at 12-2am

another fact is, more than half homeowners i believe are staff from SD themselves, so we're not sure if they're being 'forced':not to take action

that bistro? yeah its pricey, even the klinik aishah here cost me about 90 for normal flu/cold meds without antibiotics

we're hoping if the front mpsj food court open then we'd have cheaper option

too bad nonhalal foods quite scarce here, more choice u need to go puchong or usj, but lucky enuf the Prestige got nice panmee

overall living experience, quite ok lah since its own house now instead of renting

the top floor of this project is the most topkek imo

using atap finishing weh, and last year got incident where topmost floor overflow with water and went pouring inside the house (last year flood rmb taman sri muda)

kesian the homeowner had to tumpang good neighbors

the overall design of this project really make ppl wonder oso
