RM200+ for nothing at all
no swimming pool, no gym, this is basically a little bit PPRT in disguise

meanwhile, the nearby Putra Residence Condo maintenance fees is around RM350 but got 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, BBQ area, gym, 24/7 security with cctv ( but the security mmg cb, this condo wont allow you to have tong gas at home )

BTW, the flat is just completed last year, still within warranty. developer is listed company, surely will honor warranty
