Wow...i almost buy this house last time. The thing makes me cancel the booking is because i get top floor. That is a big bullet i dodge.

Personally coz my wife dont want it. Technically yes coz of roof there will be possibility ur ceiling leak from the rain coming from roof if developer not really build it well.

In case of like this apartment, high possibility it might happen.

Add-on: water pressure will be weak as well. And if got water disruption, u will be the first to get the impact if water source from top tank hahaha
